Our arrival at Three Rivers, meant the humans were straight into a raft and off down the Kaweah River. I stayed in the van and waited for my American cousins to come out of the woods for a chat.
Once they had all dried off we found our overnight stop and settled in for a peaceful night.
A quick brekkie and we were off to Sequoia National Park, up through the valley toward the Giant trees. A kindly Park Ranger soon explained that our 30ft RV was too big for the winding roads ahead and that we must turn around and head to the park from a different direction.
An hour later, along some windy, treacherous drops we arrived amongst the trees.
